These Terms are the rules for using the Sales Stag website (salesstag.com), the Client Portal, and our outbound services. By using any of them, or by signing an order form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
“Sales Stag”, “we” and “us” mean Sales Stag, and any company we form or transfer the business to. “You” means the agency or business that uses our services, and the person who accepts these Terms for it. By accepting, you confirm you are allowed to bind your company.
- We are independent contractors. We run outbound for you. We are not your employees.
- You pay a monthly infrastructure fee in advance, plus a per-meeting charge for qualified meetings that are attended.
- Per-meeting charges are invoiced every 7 days and are due within 7 days.
- Report a no-show within 48 hours, with evidence. Verified no-shows are refunded and we try to win the prospect back at no cost.
- Our guarantee is a minimum number of qualified attended meetings per active 30-day period. If we miss, the next period's infrastructure fee is $0 and the missed meetings roll over as credits that never expire while the engagement continues.
- If you pause, the guarantee clock pauses, but infrastructure costs continue.
- You own your lead lists, landing pages, edited VSLs and reports. We own our copy and our methods.
- We follow US outreach rules on every campaign, and we stop contacting anyone who asks.
- You can leave with 30 days' written notice.
- Only a signed document or an email from sales@salesstag.com that says it changes these Terms can change them.
Most clients also sign an order form, an onboarding agreement and a campaign agreement. They set your plan, monthly volume, prices, target customer profile and the exact meaning of a qualified meeting. These Terms sit alongside them.
- A signed document overrides these Terms only on the specific point it covers, and only if Sales Stag signed it or accepted it in writing.
- If two signed documents conflict, the one signed most recently wins on that point.
- Promises made on a call, in Slack, on our website or in marketing material do not change these Terms.
- In writing includes email and the Client Portal. Slack messages count for day-to-day operations such as approvals and pause requests, but never for changing these Terms.
- Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States and Pakistan.
- Target customer profile means the description of ideal prospects that you approved for your campaign.
- Order form means the signed document that states your plan, outreach volume, prices and SLA number.
- Qualified attended meeting has the meaning in section 7.
- Period has the meaning in section 9.2.
- Including means including without limitation.
- Time limits measured in hours run from the scheduled start time of the meeting shown in our booking system.
- Headings are only for convenience and do not change the meaning of a clause.
We provide services as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms makes us your employee, partner, agent or joint venturer. We decide how, when and with which team members the work is done, within the scope you have approved.
4.1 The service. We build and run outbound campaigns for you across email, phone and LinkedIn. This includes secondary sending domains, mailboxes, phone numbers, lead sourcing, copy, reply handling, calling, LinkedIn outreach, meeting booking and reporting.
4.2 Fixed scope. Your scope is set in your order form: your plan, the monthly outreach volume you agree with us (for example, 200,000 prospects reached per month), and the niches and campaign options we agree together. We propose the niches and angles. You choose which to run.
4.3 Approvals and how we run campaigns. Before each new launch, you approve the target customer profile, the offer and the launch copy. Once approved, we may do the following without asking again: change copy, subject lines, angles and sequences; test new variants; adjust sending schedules, volume ramps and the mix of channels; change data sources; rotate domains, mailboxes and numbers; and run additional campaigns inside the same approved profile and offer. A new launch aimed at a different profile, or built on a different offer, needs your approval first.
4.4 If you do not reply. When we ask for an approval, we send you one reminder. If you do not reply within 2 business days after the reminder, we treat the request as approved. The SLA clock is paused while we wait for your reply.
4.5 Your suggestions. We welcome your ideas. We act as contractors and take your suggestions as input, not instructions. If we believe a suggestion goes against market standards, will hurt deliverability, or is unlikely to work, we may decline it. If we do, we will explain why and propose an alternative. We take responsibility for the campaigns we run, so we only run campaigns we believe in.
4.6 Reporting. You get daily pipeline reports in your dedicated Slack channel, or a weekly summary only if you prefer full autonomy.
4.7 AI and people. We use AI to reply to interested leads by email. People make the phone calls and send the LinkedIn messages.
To make the service work, you agree to:
- Approve your target customer profile, offer and launch copy when we ask.
- Give us accurate information about your offer, pricing, services and results, and only claims you can prove. No invented case studies.
- Keep enough calendar availability open for prospects to book meetings within about a week.
- Join booked meetings on time and follow up on meetings and leads quickly.
- Mark outcomes in your dashboard: no-shows within 48 hours, and closed deals as soon as they close.
- Keep Slack and the Client Portal in use for approvals and reporting.
- Not use our domains, mailboxes or phone numbers for your own separate outreach, and not change their settings.
- Keep any access credentials secure (see section 13).
- Follow the law in your own dealings with the prospects we send you.
| Infrastructure fee | Monthly, in advance |
| Per-meeting charges | Invoiced every 7 days |
| Payment terms | Due within 7 days of the invoice |
6.1 Infrastructure fee. You pay a monthly infrastructure fee, in advance, on the date shown in your order form. It covers dedicated sending domains, warmed mailboxes, phone numbers, data sourcing, calling setup and the tools used to run your campaigns. We buy these from third parties for the full month, so the fee is not refundable once paid, is not prorated if you leave mid-month, and continues while a campaign is paused.
6.2 Per-meeting charge. You pay a per-meeting charge for each qualified meeting. We invoice every 7 days. Each invoice covers the meetings scheduled in the previous 7 days and is due within 7 days of the invoice date. A meeting is charged unless you report a no-show or dispute it under section 8.
6.3 How you pay. Payments are taken through Whop checkout. You authorise us to charge your payment method for all amounts due under these Terms, including recurring ones. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes or any bank or payment fees.
6.4 Late payment. If an invoice is not paid by its due date, we pause your campaigns until it is paid. Overdue amounts carry interest of 1.5% per month, or the highest rate the law allows if lower. You also pay our reasonable costs of collecting what is owed. If an invoice is more than 15 days overdue, we may end the engagement (see section 19).
6.5 Special pricing. Any special pricing, such as the discounted setup fee for our first five agency partners, is set out in your order form and applies only to you, only to the plan and volume stated there, and only while that volume stays the same. If you ask to increase your outreach volume or budget, standard pricing applies to your whole infrastructure fee from the start of the next month.
6.6 Price changes. We may change our prices with 30 days' written notice. If you do not accept the change, you may end the engagement under section 19.1 before it takes effect.
6.7 Billing disputes. If you think a charge is wrong, email us within 7 days of the invoice so we can fix it. Please do not file a payment chargeback without first using this process. A chargeback on a valid charge is a serious breach of these Terms. We may pause the campaign at once and recover the amount.
A meeting counts only if all of the following are true:
- The prospect matches the target customer profile you approved in writing.
- The prospect has shown genuine interest in your offer. That means they booked through our booking flow, or confirmed the meeting in writing or by phone after speaking with us.
- The prospect actually attends the scheduled meeting and stays engaged for at least 5 minutes.
- The prospect is not already your client or an open opportunity you told us about in writing.
Some clarifications:
- Attendance and the 5 minutes are measured by the meeting platform log. If there is no log, we use our booking and calendar records.
- If you join late, end the meeting early, or do not join, for reasons on your side, the meeting still counts as attended.
- The exact definition for your account is confirmed in your campaign agreement. If your campaign agreement is silent on a point, this section applies.
8.1 Report within 48 hours. If a prospect does not show, mark it in your dashboard within 48 hours of the scheduled start time and attach evidence. We need speed because a no-show is much easier to win back in the first two days.
8.2 Evidence we accept. Any of the following, ideally more than one:
- A meeting platform attendance report or participant log (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) showing you joined and the prospect did not, with timestamps.
- A screenshot of the waiting room or lobby showing the date, time and that you waited at least 10 minutes.
- The calendar event record showing the meeting time and attendees.
- Messages or emails from the prospect cancelling, declining or saying they were never interested.
- A recording or notes, if you have them.
A statement without evidence is not enough. We may ask for more information.
8.3 Verification. We review reports within 5 business days. We may use our own records, including booking logs, call records and platform data. Our good-faith decision applies unless you show clear evidence that it is wrong.
8.4 Verified no-shows. If you report within 48 hours and we verify it, we reverse the full charge and the meeting is not billed. We apply the reversal on your next billing cycle, either as a credit against your next invoice or as a refund to your payment method, at our choice. We then run a win-back sequence at no cost to you.
8.5 Late reports. If you report a no-show after 48 hours but within 14 days and we can verify it, we reverse half of the per-meeting charge and you pay the other half. Late reports make a win-back much harder, so that half is not refunded. After 14 days, the charge stands in full.
8.6 Other disputes. If you believe a meeting does not qualify under section 7 (for example, the prospect clearly did not match the approved profile, or left before 5 minutes for reasons not on your side), tell us within 48 hours, with evidence. If the evidence clearly shows the problem came from the prospect's side, we reverse the charge. A meeting does not stop being qualified because the prospect was not ready to buy, did not have budget, wanted something different from your offer, or did not become a client.
8.7 Closed deals. Mark deals as closed in your dashboard so we never retarget those prospects. If you do not mark them, we may contact them again and meetings with them can still count.
8.8 Rescheduled meetings. If a prospect reschedules and then attends, the normal per-meeting charge applies.
8.9 If you do not attend. If the prospect attends and you do not, the meeting counts as attended.
9.1 Your number. Your SLA number is stated in your order form. The standard SLA is 5 qualified attended meetings per period. Some plans carry a lower number, and the order form controls.
9.2 How it is measured. A period is 30 days of active campaign time. The first period starts on the first day outreach is live at the volume in your order form. Each later period starts the day after the previous one ends. Days when your campaign is paused do not count (see section 10).
9.3 If we miss. If we fall short in a period, then:
- Your next period's infrastructure fee is $0, absorbed entirely by us.
- The missing meetings become credits. Credits are applied automatically to the next meetings we book, so those meetings carry no per-meeting charge. Credits never expire while the engagement continues. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
9.4 If we miss again. If we also fall short in the following period, we may either apply section 9.3 again, or end the engagement and offboard you under section 11, with a written apology because we did not perform as expected. If we end it, you owe only for meetings already attended and invoices already due.
9.5 Sole remedy. The remedies in sections 9.3 and 9.4 are your only remedy for missing the SLA. They are the whole of what we owe you for a miss.
9.6 When the SLA does not apply. The SLA clock pauses, or the SLA does not apply, when:
- You ask to pause the campaign.
- We are waiting on your approvals or information (see section 4.4).
- You change your offer or target customer profile during a period, or ask us to lower your volume.
- You choose a profile or volume narrower than we recommended, or we told you in writing that it looks too narrow to reach the SLA.
- You miss, cancel or move booked meetings.
- You do not mark outcomes in your dashboard when asked to.
- A problem with your own accounts, offer or conduct blocks the campaign (for example, a restriction on your LinkedIn profile).
- Events outside our reasonable control occur, such as outages at email, phone or LinkedIn providers.
9.7 What we do not promise. We promise qualified attended meetings as defined in section 7, up to your plan's SLA. We do not promise closed deals, revenue, return on investment, response rates or any other result. What happens in the meeting is up to you. Numbers on our website, such as typical no-show rates, close rates and savings, are examples of what is typical. They are not promises about your results.
10.1 If you ask to pause. You can pause by emailing us or posting in Slack. We apply it within 1 business day. While paused:
- The SLA clock stops, and it counts only the days when the campaign was active. For example, if a pause means a 30-day period takes two months on the calendar, the guarantee still covers 30 active days.
- Your infrastructure fee continues in full, because the mailboxes, domains, numbers and tool licences are bought in advance by the month, and cancelling them would destroy the warming we have built.
- Meetings booked before the pause stay chargeable under sections 6 and 8.
- If the pause lasts more than 60 days, we may end the engagement.
10.2 If we pause. We may pause a campaign if we see complaints, a blacklisting, a compliance concern or non-payment. If the cause is not you, billing of your infrastructure fee pauses while we fix it. If the cause is your offer, content, conduct, breach or late payment, the fee continues. Charges already due stay due in every case.
We set up domains, mailboxes and phone numbers for your campaigns. They stay in our accounts and under our control during the engagement, and you must not access or change them. Within 14 days after the engagement ends, we hand them over to you, as long as everything you owe has been paid. If something is unpaid, we hold them until it is paid. We choose the method of handover, either a transfer of ownership or a transfer of admin access. Phone numbers transfer where the provider allows it, and where it does not, we will tell you. Our software tools and sequencer licences belong to us and do not transfer. After handover you are responsible for how the domains, mailboxes and numbers are used and for their deliverability.
12.1 What you own. Your lead lists, landing pages, edited VSLs and reports.
12.2 What we own. Our copy, sequences, scripts, playbooks, methods and systems. You may use the copy we wrote for you in your own business, including after the engagement ends, as long as you have paid everything you owe. This licence is non-exclusive and ends if you breach these Terms. We may reuse the underlying approach for other clients.
12.3 Your data at the end. When the engagement ends, we hand over your lead data and replies. We do not keep our own copy, and we delete it from our systems within 30 days of handover, except what the law requires.
12.4 Social proof. If you agreed in your onboarding brief, we may name you as a client and use your results. We may also keep the numbers from your reports with identifying details removed. You can withdraw your permission for future use by emailing us. Withdrawing does not require us to remove material already published or sent.
13.1 LinkedIn. For LinkedIn outreach we need access to the profiles used, or an agreed alternative such as a dedicated profile. You authorise us to act on those profiles as described in your campaign agreement. LinkedIn's rules limit third-party access to accounts. We keep activity within safe, human-paced limits, but platforms can restrict accounts for reasons we do not control. You accept that risk, and we are not responsible for restrictions on profiles we do not own.
13.2 Calendar. We do not need to read your calendar. We track booked meetings through booking notifications, such as a booking link or a webhook that posts to your Slack channel. If you give calendar access instead, we use it only to confirm booked meetings, with read-only access where possible.
13.3 Security. Share access only through the secure method we agree during onboarding, never in plain Slack or email messages. You are responsible for anything done with credentials you shared outside that method. We remove our access when the engagement ends. You should then change any passwords you shared.
14.1 Standard. We apply US rules to every campaign, wherever the prospect is located. These include CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule and national and state do-not-call lists. Some countries, including the UK and EU countries, have stricter rules. Where a campaign targets them, we will tell you and may apply stricter practices or decline that part of the work.
14.2 How we operate. We:
- Use honest sender details and a working way to opt out, and honour opt-outs promptly.
- Check call lists against do-not-call registries and remove numbers on them.
- Stop contacting anyone who tells us they are not interested.
- Send no more than three touches per channel to any prospect.
- Call only at permitted hours.
14.3 Responsibility. We run the outreach and take responsibility for how it is carried out and for the offers we approve for use. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us and for being able to deliver what you offer.
14.4 Call recording. We do not currently record calls. If we ever start, we will tell the person at the start of the call, as the law requires, and will use recordings only for internal training.
14.5 Complaints. If complaints, blacklistings or legal concerns come up, we may pause the campaign under section 10.2.
We do not run campaigns for adult content or products (including intimate apparel), gambling and betting, interest-based lending, cryptocurrency, or anything illegal. We may refuse or stop any campaign that falls into these groups or that we reasonably believe is misleading or harmful.
Each side keeps the other's non-public information private. That includes your target profiles, offers, pricing and results, and our methods, copy, infrastructure and pricing. This does not cover information that is public, already known, or that we must disclose by law or to professional advisers who are bound to confidentiality. This continues for 2 years after the engagement ends, and for as long as the information remains a trade secret.
While we work together and for 12 months afterwards, you agree not to hire or try to hire our team members directly. You also agree not to bypass our billing, for example by moving booked meetings off the booking system, taking meetings without logging them, or contacting prospects we booked so that a meeting is not counted.
18.1 Cap. Our total liability to you for anything connected to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 1 month before the event that gave rise to the claim.
18.2 No indirect losses. We are not liable for lost profit, lost deals, lost revenue or other indirect losses, even if we were warned they might happen.
18.3 Third parties. We are not liable for outages or decisions of third-party platforms such as email providers, phone carriers, LinkedIn, Whop, Slack or Cal.com.
18.4 No other promises. Except for the SLA in section 9, we provide the services as they are. We make no promise about deliverability, reply rates, meeting quality beyond section 7, or any particular outcome.
18.5 What you cover. You will cover claims caused by false information you gave us, claims in your offer that were untrue, and your breach of these Terms.
18.6 What we cover. We will cover third-party claims caused by our own breach of law in how we carried out your outreach. This is subject to the cap in section 18.1.
18.7 Time limit. Any claim against us must be brought within 12 months after it arises. After that, it is lost.
18.8 Limits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
19.1 By you. You can end the engagement with 30 days' written notice by email. You pay all amounts due up to the end of the notice period. Infrastructure fees already paid are not refunded.
19.2 By us. We can end the engagement with 14 days' written notice, or at once under section 9.4 or section 10.1.
19.3 Non-payment. If an invoice is more than 15 days overdue, we may end the engagement.
19.4 Breach and abuse. We can end the engagement immediately if you abuse or harass our team, use the service unlawfully, or commit a serious breach. For other breaches, we will give you 7 days to fix them first.
19.5 What happens next. Outreach stops. You pay everything already due. There is no refund of infrastructure fees already paid. We hand over assets under section 11 and your data under section 12.
19.6 What continues. The sections on fees, ownership, confidentiality, hiring and bypass, liability and disputes continue after the engagement ends.
20.1 Accounts. The Client Portal is invite-only. You are responsible for what happens under your login. Keep your password private, use it only within your company, and tell us at once if you think it is compromised.
20.2 Website content. Our website and blogs are for general information. They are not legal, financial or professional advice. Figures and examples are illustrations, not promises.
20.3 Acceptable use. Please do not scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer or disrupt the website or portal, or use them unlawfully.
20.4 Our property. The website content, the Sales Stag name and logo, and our materials belong to us. We grant you a limited, personal licence to view them for your own use.
20.5 Links and privacy. We link to third-party sites such as Trustpilot and Clutch. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
20.6 Availability. We try to keep things running but do not promise the website or portal will always be available.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a dispute comes up, email us first and give us 30 days to resolve it together. If that fails, the dispute is settled by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, conducted online in English, with its seat in Pakistan. Both sides keep the dispute and its outcome confidential. Either side may go to court for urgent orders to protect confidential information or intellectual property.
We may update these Terms. We will announce changes by email and in your Slack channel. Material changes take effect 7 days after we announce them. Changes needed to comply with the law, or for security, take effect at once. If you keep using the services after a change takes effect, you accept it. Updating this page does not change a signed order form, onboarding agreement or campaign agreement.
These Terms, together with your signed documents, are the whole agreement between us. You have not relied on any promise that is not written in them. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right right away, we have not given it up. We may transfer our rights and duties to a successor company, including a company we form in the United States. You may not transfer yours without our written consent. Neither side is liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control. These Terms are written in English, and the English version controls. By accepting these Terms electronically, you agree they are binding.
